Thermal Leverage YouTube Channel: A Look Behind the Curtain

September 16th, 2024

Before Thermal Leverage began forging our path in thermal heating solutions, our team spent years working as engineers in the aerospace industry, where we helped develop the NASA space shuttle, F16 and F22 fighter jets, and the B2 bomber. We used all the years of knowledge gained from working on these various projects over the years to engineer cutting-edge heat transfer equipment.

The work of Thermal Leverage begins at the planning and development stage. All of our thermal heating products are in accordance with the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association standards, and all mechanical calculations are governed and controlled by ASME code. Whether we are building water heaters, heat exchangers, or tri-fuel boilers, we calculate everything down to the washers to ensure every aspect of the system is engineered correctly.

On our website, we have detailed brochures with CAD drawings and measurement specifics to show the work that goes into creating our thermal products, but on our YouTube page, you can watch a 3D rendering of a fulcrum water heater assembly. In the minute-long video, detailed animation reveals exactly how the pieces fit together. It’s an opportunity for us to take you behind the curtain and show you how we build our products. Make sure you check back as we create more 3D rendering videos!

What sets Thermal Leverage apart is our commitment to engineering excellence, and you can see that for yourself in our product, drawings, and the videos on our YouTube page! Contact us for a quote or to learn more.
